Daniel was killed in Pinellas County DJJ 5-31-03 . DJJ and the news has played it off as being a fight between to Juveniles that was out of there hands. For now I can I not say to much but, I will say this. There storys are just that storys in the best interest of DJJ! Not in the intrest of truth. My feelings on this are based on evendence I have repeativly gone over in the past three years .Danny asked for help ! He feared for his safty ! Less then 2 hours of Danny asking for help! A traniee that in no way was even allowed to work with the children , since he had failed his certfication test for employment 3 months prior opened my son's door 2 hours after lock down allowing another child to strike and kill him. This is a very small part of the truth yet to be told.It takes two too fight yet the state held Danny accountable for his own death. Had this fight happened in our home or on the streets this law would not have applied. LL would have been charged with murder and others would have been held as accessiores in his death.
